I am currently leading a project with a prominent national law firm known for its work in class action and mass tort cases against some of the largest corporations in America. The firm faced a significant challenge: the time-consuming and labor-intensive processes of client outreach and relationship management, which had become major bottlenecks in their operations.
To address this, I assembled and led a team of engineers to develop and integrate AI capabilities that would streamline these critical tasks. Our solution involves automating client outreach and relationship management, enabling the firm to manage large volumes of clients more efficiently and effectively.
In addition to this, we recognized the need for technology that could assist the firm in handling vast amounts of legal documentation. We developed an advanced Large Language Model (LLM) tailored to securely scan documents and generate precise case summaries. This AI-driven solution ensures that reports are not only accurate but also adhere to the proper legal terminology and phrasing required in the legal field.
The impact of this project is already evident, as the firm can now execute processes faster, freeing up valuable time and resources to focus on their core mission—fighting for justice on behalf of their clients. This project showcases my ability to lead complex AI-driven initiatives that deliver tangible results, enhancing operational efficiency in high-stakes environments.
