As an M&A Associate at Google, I play a critical role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities that align with our strategic goals. My responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, performing financial analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that each potential acquisition supports Google's long-term objectives. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in finance and strategy to help drive meaningful growth for Google, and I take pride in contributing to the success of projects that shape the future of technology.
Beyond my role in M&A, I am deeply committed to fostering community and inclusion at Google. As a lead at Noograds (New Graduates at Google), I supported recent graduates as they transition into their roles at Google, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them succeed. Building community is something that I am passionate about because positive culture encourage people to work together, share ideas, and collaborate across departments!
Additionally, as a lead at the Asian Google Network, I focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company by creating spaces for dialogue, celebrating cultural heritage, and advocating for the unique needs of the Asian community at Google. These leadership roles allow me to make a positive impact, not only within Google but also in the broader tech community.
In December 2023, I spearheaded the first ever toy drive at Google in Austin. My mission was to bring joy and smiles to children who might otherwise go without anything on Christmas Day. I rallied my incredible team of associates and we collectively raised over $2,000 and gathered more than 500 toys from Googlers in our office. Our drive was a resounding success, making a significant impact on the community and proving to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Due to its success, the toy drive will now become an annual tradition at Google, continuing to spread happiness for years to come!
